Hi

Well now!! Once again the Crue proved they are a great live band.

The set was a lot more subdued and had an industrial look to it with crooked amps and light stands.

The only real disappointment was the set list was the same as the SOLA tour less Jailhouse Rock and White Trash Circus. Which meant it was only about 80 mins long.

Opted for the Gold package ... VIP TICKETS HOLDERS !! Check your e-mail on how to get your backstage passes etc. Some of the people I was with never got theirs and the ticket agents wouldn't help.

Nice touch was that VIP members were given pit passes so they could have their seats or take their chance in the pit. The security crew was pretty busy as they removed several people!

Airbourne kicked some serious ass!! think of a young ACDC, pretty good opener. Joe Perry project on the other hand was somewhat of a disappointment. Airbourne had more energy and more stage presence.

The only glitch in the Crue show was the piano kept clunking out during HSH.

Neils voice lasted pretty well until HSH and was able to hit those highs in Primal Scream.

Tommy was Tommy and Nikki was Nikki. Good old 13 13 gave it his all all night long.

This was a good basic show without any of the Dr Feelgood or CoS tour theatrics.

I don't think you'll go away disappointed.
